What your child gets

Everything for one university's exam

Each purchase is one university's Complete Admissions System. It is built for that university's own exam and covers that university only.

Every university

Study guide

Written for that university's exam and mapped to its official syllabus, with worked examples. It is read online in the browser, not downloaded or printed.

Every university

Exam simulator

Practice questions in the exam's own format, in timed, tutor and review modes, with full-length timed mocks and an explanation for every question.

39 of 52 universities

Video course

Animated lessons in biology, chemistry, physics, maths and reasoning. They are narrated in English, so a university whose test is not sat in English has no course.

22 of 52 universities

Interview practice

For the universities that interview: practice in that school's own format, with a score, feedback and a model answer for every answer.

Also in every system

  • Jade, the AI tutor

Explains any question, debriefs each practice session and gives short lessons on weak topics.

  • Flashcards

Every mistake becomes a flashcard that comes back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days.

  • MedApply workspace

That university's application in one place: documents, deadlines, exam steps, legalisation and scholarships.

Each university's page lists exactly what its purchase includes. Find your child's university

Price and payment

One payment per university

€199 to €299

per university, paid once, for 12 months

The price depends on the university. Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Several universities in one order

Put several universities in the same order and each one is discounted:

Each university in the order comes with its own Complete Admissions System.

Paying, invoices and refunds

  • Who you pay

IvyTest sells; Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, is the merchant of record for every order. It takes the payment, invoices in its own name and handles VAT. IvyTest never sees full card details.

  • Tax and invoice

Prices include any tax due, and the checkout shows it before you pay. Link emails the receipt and invoice to the account's address right after the purchase.

  • Paying for your child

Purchases are for adults: if your child is under 18, a parent or guardian makes or authorises the purchase. It unlocks the IvyTest account that is signed in when you pay, so pay from your child's account.

  • Refunds

In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw, by writing to us or through Link support. That right ends once access begins if you asked for access to start straight away and accepted losing it. If a technical problem stops your child using what you bought and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.

Following progress

What you can see of your child's progress

There is no separate parent account. Progress is kept in your child's own account, on the Study Path, which updates after every practice session. The simplest way to follow it is to look at it together.

Estimates are guidance, not a prediction. Admission is decided by each university.

What the Study Path shows

  • Sessions completed and time studied
  • Recent accuracy, and whether it is improving
  • A chart of the latest session scores
  • A readiness estimate against a past cutoff
  • The topics to work on first, ranked

Privacy and safety

How your child's data is handled

  • No advertising cookies

Essential cookies keep your child signed in. Visits are counted with Plausible, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

  • Interview recordings are not kept

Spoken answers are sent to OpenAI to be transcribed. IvyTest never stores the recording. OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to check for misuse, then deletes it, and does not use it to train its models.

  • Results are not shared

Practice results, interview transcripts and feedback are saved to your child's account and are not shared with third parties. The interview history can be deleted at any time.

  • Stored in Frankfurt

Account and study data are kept on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. If you ask us to delete the account, its personal data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

  • AI can be wrong

Jade and the interview simulator generate their answers automatically, and they can be wrong. Anything important is worth checking against the study guide or the official sources.

  • Accounts from age 14

A student needs to be at least 14 to open an account. Each account is personal and cannot be shared.

Admissions at a glance

How entry to these medical schools works

  • Each of the 52 schools we cover sets its own entrance exam, with its own subjects, format and date. No single test covers them all.
  • 22 of them also interview some or all candidates, each in its own format.
  • In Italy, private universities admit through their own tests, separate from the national semestre filtro and the IMAT.
  • Admission is decided by each university. No preparation can guarantee a place.

The year, step by step

  1. First

    Choose schools

The shortlist decides which exams your child prepares for. MedMatch and MedChance help, for free.

  2. Each school's own window

    Apply

Each school opens its own call with its own deadline, some as early as the autumn before. MedApply keeps documents and dates in one place.

  3. October 2026 to September 2027

    Sit the exam

Each school on its own dates, some with an interview. This is what the guide, the simulator and the interview practice prepare for.

  4. After the results

    Accept and enrol

Accept an offer, pay any deposit by the date it gives and send the documents. Most courses start in September or October 2027.

Questions

What parents ask

What happens after 12 months?

Can brothers, sisters or friends share the account?
